At Turning Point, we support people with Learning Disabilities across England. As a Support Worker, you will make a real difference to residents' lives by improving their daily living skills. Passionate about people, you will enjoy the scope and support to enhance your own life and career as you gain the experience and training required to progress with us.
In Bulkington we provide a 24‑hour residential facility caring for adults with Learning Disabilities and additional health issues. Staff develop communication skills, including knowledge of signing and visual aids, to support our non‑verbal residents. We foster positive family relationships and a people‑centred approach, providing activities, shopping, budgeting and cooking to help residents achieve as much independence as possible.
