We are looking for a proactive and handson HR Advisor to joinour People Team, supporting services across PartnersHealth. As HR Advisor, you will manage a varied employee relations caseload andprovide advice across the full range of people matters, including absencemanagement, performance, disciplinary and grievance issues, organisationalchange and workforce planning. Alongside case management, you will play a keyrole in developing managers, systems and processes to drive continuousimprovement, embed best practice and build people management capability acrossthe Group.
Main duties of the job
PartnersHealth employs over 100 staff and delivers HR services to twolarge, multisite GP practices, each employing over 80 people. In this role,you will be instrumental in supporting managers with daytoday HR issues andlongerterm workforce development.
You will also lead on key areas of people work, including thedevelopment of the EDI strategy for the PCN, working closely with clinical andoperational leaders to ensure equality, fairness and inclusion are embedded inpractice.
This is a unique and highly operational role. You will need to be a selfstarterwho can think on their feet, build credibility quickly and work independently.Much of the role is based out in practices, working directly with managers andteams this is not a deskbased HR position.
You will have proven operational HR experience, a sound workingknowledge of employment law and the confidence to work collaboratively withmanagers across multiple sites. A CIPD qualification or equivalent experienceis essential.

PURPOSE OF THEROLE
The HR Advisor will work withinPartnersHealth & 2 of our practices within Rushcliffe PCN to manage acaseload of employee relations matters providing timely, high quality andprofessional HR advice and support to managers.Alongside HR colleagues, you will develop a framework of policies andresources to support the development and management of people. As well as casemanagement you will lead on developing management capability through trainingand support. The role will work closely with Practice Managers and centralisedfunctions to support organisational change and service delivery.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Case Management
* Provideprofessional HR advice and guidance to managers and staff across a wide rangeof employee relations and workforce issues, including absence management,disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible working, capability, changemanagement, and equality, diversity and inclusion.
* Communicatecomplex and sensitive information, using appropriate tact, persuasion andnegotiation skills.
* Supportmanagers to problem-solve and identify proportionate, lawful and practicalsolutions to people management issues.
* Adviseand support managers in employee relations meetings, investigations, hearingsand appeals, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisationalpolicy.
* Promoteearly, informal and proportionate resolution of employee relations issueswherever possible.
* Maintainaccurate records and case documentation to support audit and governancerequirements.
Management Support
* Provideadvice on employment law matters, including contractual issues, redeploymentand organisational change.
