Ignite are delighted to be partnering with one of the fastest-growing D2C brands in the UK, recently recognised in the Sunday Times Top 100. The business has scaled rapidly over the past few years and shows no signs of slowing down, with ambitious growth plans across both revenue and team.
They’re now looking to hire a Creative Strategist to join their expanding in-house creative team. This is a true performance-led environment - the brand produces 1,000+ ads per month across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, with media spend exceeding £1m per month.

🎯 What skills do you need to be considered?
⭐️ 3+ years’ experience in performance creative
⭐️ Experience working with D2C eCommerce brands (in-house or agency)
⭐️ Strong hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok and YouTube ads (essential)
⭐️ Proven ability to create high-performing, shareable content
⭐️ A creative mindset with the ability to generate bold, disruptive, direct-response ideas
⭐️ High energy, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
