Full-Time 5 Days per Week Saturdays Essential Sundays & Bank Holidays Off
The Role
* Full-time, 5 days per week, including every Saturday
* Hours: 9:00am - 5:45pm with a 1-hour lunch
* Closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays
* 2 testing room practice with a focus on quality over quantity
* No pre-screening - our optometrists take care of the full clinical process
* Use of Eye Clarity system for smooth patient flow and record-keeping
* Assist with all areas of the patient journey, including admin, filing, and frame styling

What We\'re Looking For
* Optical experience required
* Comfortable working Saturdays
* Well-presented and confident with excellent communication skills
* Calm and composed when handling even the most challenging customer interactions
* Passionate about optics and customer service, with a strong team ethic
