Accounts & HSEQ Assistant About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts & HSEQ Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide crucial administrative support while assisting with Health,Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) compliance across our three businesses based in Airdrie. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you! Full training will be given to the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, including document management and data entry Assist with maintaining financial records and bookkeeping tasks Assist in maintaining and updating HSEQ ISO standards Assist with internal audits Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations What We’re Looking For: Experience in administration or HSEQ-related roles (preferred but not essential) A bookkeeping qualification or relevant experience would be advantageous Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & accountancy software Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities What We Offer: A friendly and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development alongside initial training Competitive salary and benefits package Click the Apply button now to send your CV
