Head of Customer Sales Support (Maternity Cover – 9–12 Months)

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Customer Sales Support to join our team on a 9–12 month maternity cover contract. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the sales support function and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient support to our sales team and customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially-minded individual to step into a senior role and make an immediate impact within a dynamic and fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop and motivate the Sales Support team to deliver exceptional service
* Oversee all sales support processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement
* Act as a key link between Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
* Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance performance
* Manage reporting, forecasting support, and sales administration activities
* Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met and exceeded
* Support senior leadership with insights, analysis, and operational recommendations
About You
* Proven experience in a Customer Sales Support function.
* Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
