Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Evesham to join our client for an immediate start on a temporary basis.\nBenefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:\n * Salary: £12.21 per hour\n * Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (with potential to flex these hours after training)\n * Contract Type: Temporary, with opportunities to apply to a permanent role\n * Location: Evesham\n * Start date: Immediate start, Monday 27th October\n * On-site parking\n * New, modern office\n * Excellent transport links\n * Smart-casual dress\n * Full training provided\nKey Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:\n * Respond to inbound customer enquiries via email and chat, ensuring first-contact resolution wherever possible\n * Use all relevant systems as tools to deliver exceptional service and maintain the 360-degree view of our customers\n * Escalate complex or high-priority cases to supervisors in a timely manner, while aiming to resolve all matters in the first instance wherever possible\n * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and processes\n * Accurately document all customer interactions in line with internal processes, on relevant systems such as CRM etc.\nKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:\n * Previous customer service experience\n * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment\n * Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)\n *...
