We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,933 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
Champion continuous improvement and secure system access
* Troubleshoot and escalate system issues, keeping key stakeholders in the loop
* Support and maintain IT hardware across the site – desktops, laptops, printers, and more
* Collaborate with global teams (yes, even the USA and India!) to deliver technical solutions
* Assist with system upgrades, testing, and end-user training
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong IT knowledge, especially in Blue Yonder/DLC/Red Prairie WMS
* Experience with Oracle (SQL)
* Self-motivation, reliability, and a proactive mindset
* A flexible, focused approach and commitment to excellence
