About The Role
At HCR Law we are looking for a professional marketing candidate to fill an invaluable 10 week project role, as a Marketing Business Partner.
The purpose of this role is to meet the daily operational marketing needs of a group of teams within the firm. It is a proactive, hands‑on, multi‑channel role. You will use your knowledge of the teams you support to drive marketing outcomes.
You’ll be a partner to your teams, working with them to deliver the activity on their plan, and to maximise emerging opportunities by being their first point of contact.
Responsibilities
* Drive and deliver action on the team’s marketing plan – including events, digital content, collateral, campaigns etc.
* Respond to, triage and fully scope marketing needs, working with core team to assess value and allocate resources.
* Coordinate with shared resources (website, graphics, marketing kit) and ensure timely delivery.
* Delegate to marketing leads and help deliver across teams.
* Provide marketing data/reports on outcomes and project costs.
* Deliver end‑to‑end team‑led events, from invitation to set‑up.
* Support teams with article editing, social media scheduling, newsletters and intranet management.
* Oversee management of databases and produce collateral such as team service sheets and leaflets.
* Contribute raw material for website updates.
About You
Skills and experience you should have:
* Experience in a similar size professional services organization.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
* Experience handling complex or technically drafted copy for multiple audiences.
* Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and KPI‑driven mindset.
* Track record in delivering multi‑channel campaigns and projects (events, webinars, digital, print, BD materials).
* High emotional intelligence, resilience and a passion for marketing. A marketing degree or CIM level qualification is desirable.
* A project‑management qualification would be an advantage.
