Chef de Partie Brasserie
We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury, family-owned country house hotel set within beautiful Hertfordshire countryside just outside London. Our client is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join their brasserie kitchen team, delivering high-quality, modern dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
This role is ideal for a skilled and motivated chef who takes pride in consistency, presentation, and delivering an elevated dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes within a brasserie-style kitchen
* Work across multiple sections, ensuring smooth service delivery
* Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail at all times
* Support cost control and efficient kitchen operations
* Collaborate with the wider kitchen and service teams
About You
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end or luxury setting
* Strong knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques
* Confident working across multiple kitchen xsngvjr sections
* Organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
* Passionate about delivering high-quality brasserie cuisine
