Description
Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Respond to finance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

The Accounts Assistant will be offered;
An hourly rate of £16.00 to £18.00, depending on experience.
