The Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our technical team, delivering high-quality customer service and support for our suite of security and telematics products.

What You'll Do

* Respond to support requests via phone and email.
* Guide customers through hardware setup and fault diagnostics.
* Carry out live troubleshooting.
* Log and manage tickets using our internal systems.

What You'll Need

* 1+ year in technical support or customer service.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Clear communication, both written and verbal.
* Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
* Telematics experience is a plus, but not essential.
* Based within a commutable distance to Chorley, Lancashire.
