Responsibilities
As a Service Tech Coordinator, you will:
* Test, calibrate, validate, and repair electronic or analytical instruments, products, and modules
* Maintain functionality and accuracy of equipment through preventative maintenance and refurbishment
* Work on Keysight products as well as third-party instruments
* Perform service primarily at a Keysight site, with occasional work at customer locations
* Interpret customer requirements and identify potential needs to ensure satisfaction
* Evaluate assignments and determine appropriate technical actions
* Apply analytical thinking and develop customized approaches to complex tasks
* Solve technical problems requiring broad and deep knowledge of repair, calibration, and maintenance techniques, equipment, and processes
Qualifications
* Higher education degree or specialized training/certification in a relevant technical field
* Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
* Typically a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
* Extensive knowledge and skills in electronic repair, calibration, and maintenance
* Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues
* Strong communication and customer service skills
