Property Litigation Solicitor - Exeter
We are working with our top tier Exeter based law firm client, recruiting into their outstanding Property Litigation team. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Associate (around 3-4 years PQE) to join a team recognised for its commercial approach, strong client relationships, and high quality contentious property work. As part of this respected regional practice, youll work directly with experienced Partners and senior lawyers who are genuine experts in their field.
The successful candidate will enjoy a broad and varied caseload covering co-ownership and neighbour disputes (including rights of way, adverse possession, harassment and boundary issues), lease and tenancy matters, commercial rent recovery, enforcement of charges, possession claims, professional negligence disputes and issues involving the rectification of historic title. Alongside your own caseload, youll play an active role in the day to day running of the team, supporting and supervising junior lawyers, trainees and a large paralegal group who assist with high volume tenancy management work (disrepair, possession, ASB injunctions and long leaseholder claims). You can expect regular client contact, genuine autonomy and the support of a collaborative team that values development and excellent client service.
The firm is seeking candidates with a solid background in Property Litigation, ideally with experience gained at a regional or national firm. Youll be confident managing a mixed caseload independently, commercially minded, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
In return you can expect modern offices in a great commuter location, free onsite parking together with a competitive salary and benefits package.
