This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Nurse to drive meaningful change across community health and care services in London. Working closely with a passionate, tight-knit team, you’ll be instrumental in improving safety and reducing infection risks in care homes, supported living and domiciliary settings.

The Role
* Carry out structured remote IPC audits across a variety of care settings
* Hybrid role going into London once a week on a Monday
* Provide hands-on advice, coaching and feedback to frontline providers
* Contribute to community Projects like the “Gloves Off” programme to lower infection rates
* Support training and education to embed safer practices and stronger compliance
* Respond to IPC queries with clarity and clinical rigor
About You
You’re a Registered Nurse (NMC) with proven IPC experience – ideally across community or system-wide settings. You’re confident, personable, and proactive, with the ability to influence, support and assure providers. A strong communicator, you’re someone who can build trusted relationships while keeping outcomes on track.
