We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist (OT) to support the work of the Acute and Older People\'s Services Therapy teams through a Bank contract. Experience of working as a registered OT in an acute NHS Trust is essential.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with other health care professionals in assessing, setting treatment programmes and complex discharge planning for patients with multiple pathologies and complex needs.
* Provide high standards of care within the Acute and Older People\'s Services Therapy teams.
Requirements
* Registered Occupational Therapist with experience in an acute NHS Trust (essential).
* Flexibility, motivation and willingness to learn.
