* Position: Recruitment Coordinator
* Location: Nottingham, England, United Kingdom
* Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
* Working hours: 09:00 – 19:00

* Salary: Up to £29,000 per year depending on experience
* Travel: Travel to multiple client locations, at least 3 times per week across the central region
* Vehicle: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Responsibilities
* Remotely manage and recruit for multiple clients and locations, taking ownership and building effective client relationships and operational delivery.
* Oversee and manage the daily implementation of the operational plan.
* Regularly update the Regional Operations Manager with risks and potential opportunities.
* Build strong client relationships and create a positive perception of Winner Recruitment.
* Understand client requirements and ensure fulfilment is consistently achieved.
* Recruit drivers and warehouse staff to fulfil client requirements.
* Plan and organise assessment and induction processes for all workers.
* Ensure compliance at sites and plan contingencies; manage health and safety and related reporting.
* Manage worker matters including absence, pay queries, performance, and retention.
* Investigate and handle disciplinary and grievance matters as required.
* Attend weekly meetings with client leadership to review performance and delivery.
* Organise induction processes for new starters, including meet-and-greet, welcome packs, and uniforms.
* Responsible for accurate accident reporting and any insurance/claims issues.
* Represent Winner Recruitment professionally, aligned with company values.
* Adapt working arrangements flexibly, including reallocation of duties during peak periods and holidays.

* Experience building effective client relationships at all levels.
