We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality learning experiences across further education, T-Level, and apprenticeship programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of electricians and contribute to curriculum development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Essential Criteria
* Relevant professional technical qualification at Level 3 or above
* Minimum Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy
* Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to work towards within an agreed timescale
* Substantial industrial experience in electrical installation or related field
* Ability to motivate and inspire learners with strong communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons for Electrical Installation programmes
* Develop curriculum materials and contribute to course leadership and quality assurance
* Support learners through guidance, mentoring, and progress tracking
* Assist with student recruitment and meet enrolment targets
* Participate in departmental development, staff appraisal, and continuous professional development
