Rate of Pay: £14.52 per hour (£16.52 including Tronc)

Role details
Working as Senior Sous Chef in the kitchen, you will support the Head Chef by ensuring the team deliver the brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner. Ideally you will have worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you.
Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers the brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner; develop and mentor the team beneath you.
* Work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and with produce you may not have worked with before.
* On-the-job training in-house and with the training provider to offer nationally recognised apprenticeships.
