Job Vacancy: School Administrator Location: St. Helen's WA11 Contract Type: Full Time Long term We are seeking an experienced and highly organised School Administrator to join one of our clients in St. Helen's on a long term placement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration within a busy school office, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting the smooth running of our school. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient administrative support to staff, pupils, and parents. Manage attendance records, pupil data, and school correspondence. Assist with admissions, reporting, and general office management. Liaise professionally with visitors, agencies, and the wider school community. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all record-keeping. Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience working in a busy school office or similar environment. Strong IT skills (SIMS/Arbor or similar systems preferred). Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
