Job Title: Network Administrator
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our small, established team of network professionals.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and report on all elements of the AS network as required.
2. Process customer service requests.
3. Create and deploy configurations for new services.
4. Liaise with the Service Management team and Customer Authority to deliver services to end user groups.
5. Provide technical support to MSPs.
6. Maintain network diagrams.
7. Assist with annual Crypto Key Fill.
8. Update and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
9. Provide technical on-call support out of hours on a 1 week in 4 basis.
Required Experience:
* Experience with Juniper network devices.
* Experience with Juniper firewalls.
* ITIL certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management disciplines.
* Experience with encryption technologies.
Desirable Skills:
* Understanding of how to handle sensitive material.
* Willingness to travel to customer locations.
