Join a leading IP law firm as a Marketing & Business Development Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role will support firm-wide and practice-specific growth initiatives across multiple international offices, with a focus on strategic planning, client development, and profile-raising activity.
You’ll manage a small team and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver campaigns, content, and BD plans aligned to the firm’s ambitious growth strategy. This is an international role offering global exposure and high-impact work.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead BD strategy and execution across key practice areas
* Coach fee earners on BD best practices and client engagement
* Manage campaigns, events, and content marketing initiatives
* Oversee pitch processes and legal directory submissions
* Support CRM adoption and pipeline management
* Line manage junior team members and ensure high-quality delivery

* Proven BD and marketing experience in legal, IP, or professional services
* Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Results-driven with a commercial mindset and analytical approach
* Skilled across the full marketing mix, including digital and content
* Experience managing pitches and strategic campaigns
