Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Data Platform team.
* Own platform design, incident, change and supplier management.
* Ensure high availability, monitoring, patching and upgrades.
* Act as Subject Matter Expert and drive continuous improvement.
About You:
* Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and SQL Server.
* Proven technical leadership experience.
* Strong SLA-driven incident and problem management.
* Cloud implementation experience.
