We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to take on the pivotal role of Clinical Lead for our Community Independent Living Services. This is a permanent post, open to candidates from both NHS and local authority backgrounds (Band 8a / DCC Grade 13).
About the Role
As Clinical Lead, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership and professional support to a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based rehabilitation, equipment provision and adaptations to support independent living.
- Work collaboratively across health and social care, supporting integrated working between NHS and local authority colleagues.
- Lead on service development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
- Support staff development, supervision, and clinical governance.
- Along with the other clinical leads you will be a key member of the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy leadership team.
