We have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our well-established team, based at our studios in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
This role involves acting as a liaison between key stakeholders, project management team members, and our artwork studio. Responsibilities include collating key information onto our servers and MIS, and managing artwork approvals through multiple client online approval systems.

Role Summary:
* Receive, interpret, and collate all elements needed for the artwork studio brief.
* Liaise with the Project Manager to create records on the internal information system.
* Estimate and collate costs for artwork, repro, and retouching.
* Monitor and chase artwork through the client information system, aligning with critical path and production dates.
* Serve as ‘gatekeeper’ within the client information system, communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues.
* On receipt of comments, ensure amendments/approvals are checked, understood, and conveyed clearly to the studio.
* Provide feedback to assist the Studio Manager in assessing information quality.
* Support other account workloads as required.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
1. Book and collate elements onto the client system.
2. Distribute and book artwork onto the internal system in a timely manner per SLA.
3. Monitor and chase artwork submissions for client approval.
4. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on queries and on-hold jobs.
5. Brief back amendments to the UK studio, ensuring clarity and understanding.
6. Escalate issues to the Head of Operations.
7. Provide reporting data as needed.
