Job requirements
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Key, up-to-date knowledge of curriculum/assessment requirements and developments across the whole school
3. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills with both staff and students
4. Effective provision of teaching, learning and assessment strategies
5. Ability to utilise data to monitor and sustain whole-school attainment and progress
The successful candidate will have:
●Experience of working in a range of school settings
●Experience of delivering a differentiated curriculum to pupils with a wide range of needs
●Experience of working with pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties in mainstream or specialist settings
●Experience of managing staff within a school setting
●Experience of managing a budget
●Experience of chairing departmental meetings
●Experience of prioritising and managing own time effectively
