Strong behaviour management skills

Experience delivering the KS2 curriculum
, with clear, challenging, and engaging teaching approaches.
A proven ability to support students in achieving age-related expectations
, using assessment and targeted intervention effectively.
A proactive and resilient teaching style
, able to adapt to the needs of diverse learners.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within lower Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and delivering well-structured and engaging lessons for a mixed Year 3/4 cohort.
Establishing clear routines and expectations to promote positive behaviour and a strong learning ethic.
Tracking, assessing, and supporting pupil progress, ensuring learning gaps are identified and addressed.
Contributing to a positive school culture through teamwork, communication, and high professional standards.
Creating a classroom environment that is safe, focused, and supportive of all learners.
