What you’ll be doing:
* Assist in the management of our digital project.
* Collaborate with departments across the organisation to ensure project aims and deliverables are understood, capturing feedback and unique requirements.
* Assist in delivering system training, service preparation, and system configuration.
* Monitor project progress and report key metrics to management.
* Contribute to the development of training plans, system configuration changes, and ongoing support.
