Role Overview:
The Production Planner is responsible for scheduling and administering works within the Regeneration Services team, ensuring workflow optimization, meeting client deadlines, and maintaining high administrative accuracy to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling and Workflow Management: Efficiently plan appointments using relevant systems, ensuring tasks are completed within client timescales.
2. Client and KPI Management: Collaborate with clients to meet their requirements and achieve KPIs.
3. Routing and Efficiency: Develop efficient work routes for engineers.
4. Variation Processing: Handle project variations and arrange follow-up appointments.
5. Administrative Support: Manage invoices, customer surveys, and records.
6. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, operatives, supervisors, and customers.
7. Quality and Standards: Adhere to quality standards and safety guidelines.
8. Property Management: Maintain work areas and ensure safety compliance.
Candidate Profile:
* Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
* Professional conduct and attitude.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Experience in administrative roles, preferably in similar sectors.
Desirable Skills: Experience with partnership contracts, knowledge of local government and RSLs, familiarity with appointment systems in construction or regeneration.
