ROLE: Commercial Manager – Ministry of Justice
HOURS: 40 hours a week

You will help ensure the contract is administered correctly, commercial governance is followed, forecasts are supported with reliable commercial inputs, risks are identified early, and live activity aligns with the assumptions made at bid stage. You will play a central role in protecting contract value, administering change, supporting client relationships, and ensuring commercial information is accurate, timely and reliable.

Role Responsibilities
* Support commercial activities across the contract(s), ensuring commercial governance, delegated authority requirements and internal controls are followed.
* Provide commercial inputs, including risks, opportunities and change data, into finance‑led forecasts and internal reporting cycles.
* Prepare variation pricing, commercial justifications and supporting documentation for approval and agreement.
* Work closely with operational and finance stakeholders to ensure commercial positions are understood and implemented.
Required Qualifications
* FM experience in similar roles
* Understanding of NEC3 contract framework
* Understanding and experience of SFG20
