Are you looking for a fast paced, varied role which offers the opportunity for learning and progression?
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our support team at the Wellbeing Centre. The primary function of this role is to complete the site's administrative tasks and all day to day activities associated with it. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Handling client referral pathways
- Liaising with psychiatric consultants and psychotherapists.
- Clients regarding referrals and appointments
- Client billing
- Site Open/Close
- Front of House duties
- Answering the telephone and emails
- Keep the office clean and tidy
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- A great team player and ability to work independently with own initiative.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner.
The successful applicant will ideally have customer facing administration experience, with knowledge/experience of private medical administration desirable. You will be required to work evenings and Saturdays. The post holder will be required to work on site and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
Reporting into the Deputy Manager, the site's administrators will also be expected to support site management where required.
