Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Immigration Lawyer. The role involves providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a variety of immigration and visa matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and submitting visa applications, conducting legal research, advising on immigration law and policies, and representing clients in appeals or tribunal hearings when necessary. The role also includes building and maintaining client relationships to ensure a seamless immigration experience.
Qualifications
* Deep knowledge and expertise in UK immigration law and visa application processes
* Excellent research and analytical skills to thoroughly examine immigration policies and client cases
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft legal documents and effectively communicate with clients
* Experience in client counseling and providing tailored legal advice
* Proficiency in handling case management systems and working remotely with technological tools
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
* Relevant qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification; Solicitor or Barrister with active practice certificate preferred
* Experience in handling immigration appeal cases and tribunal hearings is an advantage
