The Role - Aerospace Mechanical Technician
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical-biased Technician to join a prominent aerospace engineering business in the Wolverhampton area.
You will be assembling and testing a range of complex mechanical systems, either in the repair section or in the new product build area.
While prior aerospace experience is preferred, this role is also suitable for candidates looking to step into the aerospace industry.
* Finding and testing faults in complex hydraulic products.
* Assembling complex hydraulic products.
* Completing Quality Audits.
* Building or repairing complex hydraulic systems.
* Using measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Height Gauges to inspect components.
Background - Aerospace Mechanical Technician
* Apprentice-trained or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience in a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read and follow various procedures.
* Competency with a range of assembly tools.
* Hydraulic testing experience.
