Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Head of HR, provide expert HR guidance to managers across the business and lead on a variety of people‑focused projects across the employee lifecycle.
* Deliver organisational change and support career and development initiatives.
* Co‑chair the People Action Group (PAG), champion engagement, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, and organize community events.
* Build capability and confidence across the business, support talent and the development of people managers and employees, especially as roles evolve in a rapidly growing environment.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
* Strong HR background in fast‑paced, multi‑functional environments, ideally within a rapidly growing or start‑up business.
* Expertise in operational and strategic HR, implementing organisational change and designing innovative employee programmes that drive engagement and development.
* Exceptional communication skills, commercial awareness and thorough understanding of UK employment law.
* Experience partnering with senior leaders and employee groups.
* Highly organised, resilient, proactive – confident using Workday, MS Office and HR systems.

Location & Working Arrangements
Full‑time role based at easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. Hybrid working model – 3 days per week in the office.
