We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants (HCA, SW, CSW) in the Rushden area. Multiple vacancies are available for ongoing positions within Nursing and Residential Homes, Supported Living care settings, and other Care Assistant roles in Mental Health and Learning Disability sectors. Shifts vary between day, night, and weekends.
Requirements
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* At least 6 months of UK-based experience within the past two years
* Comfortable working in Care Settings
* Ideally familiar with using a Hoist
Responsibilities
* Monitoring health conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight
* Moving and handling of care recipients and assisting them as needed
* Providing personal care, including washing and hygiene
* Serving meals and assisting with feeding
* Showing compassion to ensure comfort for those receiving care
