Main duties of the job
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be in charge of designing an engaging activities plan, both internally and with external resources. This includes planning events such as summer BBQs or Christmas parties, as well as arranging visits from entertainers or organizing outings for the residents. You will be in constant communication with the residents to understand their interests and preferences, and work to bring their desired activities to fruition. Additionally, you will support the residents' mobility and independence through activities like Zumba, ballroom dancing, or balloon tennis. This role requires a minimum of 12 months' right to work and a commitment to working 30 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.

* Social activities- trips out, social engagements and activities within the home for all abilities.
