As the newest member of Tesla’s Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy’ and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. We are currently offering up to 28 vacancies across various UK & Ireland locations, with some locations specializing in our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) business area:
* London: Heathrow, Park Royal, Tottenham
* South Coast: Southampton (CPO), Winchester
* Home Counties: Chelmsford, Dartford, Gatwick, Guildford, Milton Keynes, Reading (CPO), St Albans
* Midlands: Longbridge (CPO), Northampton, Nottingham, Solihull, Wolverhampton (CPO & New)
* Northwest: Manchester Central, Manchester South (CPO)
* Northeast: Newcastle
* Scotland: Edinburgh, Glasgow
* East: Cambridge (CPO)
* Southwest: Bristol, Cardiff
* Ireland: Cork, Dublin
Please note, the final stage of recruitment will be an in-person group assessment day at select locations in mid-late July 2025.
What You'll Do
This programme offers a challenging, hands-on experience with rotations across all core departments. Your performance will be reviewed at each rotation, equipping you with essential skills and enabling further growth beyond the 12 months. It’s ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy taking responsibility for their learning, supporting key business functions, exceeding targets, and bringing innovative ideas to the table.
The core departments include:
* Front of House: Providing excellent experiences to visitors, customers, and employees
* Delivery: Assisting customers during vehicle collection
* Parts: Supporting sourcing and allocation of vehicle parts
* Virtual Prep: Assisting customers before service visits, diagnosing faults, and educating customers
* Service: Performing common vehicle repairs
* Sales: Supporting customer purchase journeys
* Elective Rotation: The final rotation, aligned with your potential future role
Post-programme, you will have opportunities to explore a full-time career at Tesla, depending on your performance and aspirations.
What You'll Bring
* Full UK or EU Driving Licence for at least 1 year by start date
* Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, multi-departmental programme
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A friendly, professional demeanor with confidentiality awareness
* Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
* Ability to represent Tesla positively and professionally
* Willingness to travel between locations and events
* Not be in full-time education at the start of the programme (gap year students currently not eligible)
