Responsibilities

* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
* Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food preparation, and safety protocols.
* Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and meet the restaurant's standards.
Skills
* Proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment.
* Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
* Extensive culinary experience with a passion for cooking and hospitality.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
