Reporting into the European Fluidcareorganisation and based in Trafford Park Manchester. The mainfunction is ensuring completeness and accuracy of procurementtransactions for all Tier Two Fluids & Commodity EquipmentProducts this includes managing and maintaining both the PAR& PIE processes. In this role the Tier Two ProcurementSpecialist will regularly liaise with suppliers and severalinternal business functions. This role is primarily responsible foritem introduction and setup of Tier II products forresale.
Tasks
* Responsiblefor both PAR & PIE Product Introduction Processes forProducts for Resale (Tier II) forEurope.
* Support strategies and approaches toachieve goals set out by local regional and global Fluidcare andequipment teams.
* Manage and maintain correctbuying prices from suppliers ensuring correct costs are beingcaptured within the JDE and ERPsystems.
* Monitor price developmentsignal/discuss inconsistencies. Inform Pricing Team on all pricingmovements.
* Work closely with other functionleads to ensure good communication and that agreed businessprocesses are being followed.
* Participate incross functional meetings and participate in improvement projectswhere required.
* Take ownership andresponsibility for both the PAR and PIE process ensuring requestsare actioned and meet agreed KPI metrics.
* Workeffectively as part of a wider team and provide any holiday coverwithin the Tier Two team.

Requirements
Weare looking for at least 1 year experience of working within anoffice administration role. Any procurement sourcing and vendormanagement related knowledge is highly valued.
