Position Summary

New Business Sales X 2 – SaaS to Visitor Attractions Industry. Compensation: £60‑80,000 basic (based on experience) + uncapped commission.

The company focuses on mid‑market to enterprise organisations, partnering with significant cultural, heritage, and transportation brands across the UK. With strong domestic traction, the business is expanding internationally into key global markets, offering a SaaS‑based ticketing and guest‑management platform enhanced with API connectivity and AI‑driven capabilities.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven New Business Sales Executive to support our client’s next stage of growth. In this role you will generate new business across the UK and international markets, engaging with mid‑market and enterprise operators in visitor attractions, cultural and heritage venues, and ferry transportation. You will manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships, uncover customer needs, and position high‑value solutions. The position is home‑based with an expected 30‑40% travel requirement to the London office and client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities across target markets and verticals, focusing on mid‑market and enterprise clients.
  • Deliver remote and on‑site demos, pitches, proposals, and periodic discovery workshops.
  • Collaborate with the Bid Manager to ensure RFPs and tenders are completed to a high standard and submitted on time.
  • Work closely with marketing teams, responding to campaign activity and providing market feedback.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to support ongoing lead generation.
  • Engage with industry partners and consultants to pursue joint opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting across the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven new business sales skills.
  • Experience securing mid to large‑scale accounts within a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of the travel, hospitality, attractions, or experiences industries.
  • Experience winning business across both the UK and global markets.
  • Excellent written communication and strong project‑management abilities.
  • High levels of organisation, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • A driven, self‑motivated, proactive approach.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A flexible mindset suited to a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.
  • Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
