Job Description – Finance Business Partner

* An ability to explain complex financial information in a clear way


Job Description

Reporting to and working alongside the Finance Director to develop and enhance all aspects of financial reporting within a rapidly growing business.

Provide financial information, tools, analysis and insight to the Senior Management Team to help make more informed decisions and drive business strategy.

Knowledge of Multi-Currency and Foreign Subsidiaries is desirable but not essential.


Tasks to include, but not limited to:

* Compose and implement a suite of reports for Management Information purposes.
* Preparation of monthly management accounts and presentation to SMT on a timely basis. Variance analysis, actual vs forecast.
* Analysis and tracking of Key Performance Indicators and KPI Scenario Modelling.
* All aspects of forecasting include cash flow
* Credit Control – Raising Sales Invoices in Xero and the collection of payments.
* Accounts payable
* HMRC Statutory compliance – VAT/PAYE
* General Accounts Function


Qualifications

AAT Level 4, CIMA (at least part-qualified)
