Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Preston
Salary: Circa £30k DOE plus bonus and benefits
Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office
We are on the lookout for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our client’s team. This pivotal role is all about supercharging digital growth by dreaming up and putting into action innovative social media strategies, crafting cracking content, and deploying top-notch SEO and SEA tactics.
You'll be managing their social media channels, lending a hand with B2B growth, making sure their website content is spot on with the brand's objectives, and getting stuck into analysing digital campaigns. Plus, they'll rely on you to keep them ahead of the curve with the latest digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
* Social Media & Content Creation: Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns to highlight products and brand. Create captivating artwork, social posts, and user-generated content (UGC) to drive brand awareness. You'll also lead social media channel management, engaging followers and building a vibrant community across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
* E-commerce & Website Support: Collaborate with the Digital E-Commerce Lead on marketing initiatives for lead generation and business growth, focusing on SEO, SEA, and conversion strategies. Plus, you'll ensure website content remains fresh, engaging, and perfectly aligned with the brand.
* Analysis & Innovation: Analyse digital campaigns using data insights to optimise performance, drive conversions, and boost ROI. You'll also stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to ensure continuous innovation.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across departments like Sales and R&D to align marketing efforts with wider business goals.
About you:
* Practical experience in digital marketing, whether from a previous role, internship, or even an academic project, particularly across social media, email, or web.
* Confident using platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, and you have a good eye for creating engaging, brand-aligned content.
* Basic understanding of SEO and SEA, and you're keen to use tools like Google Analytics and platform insights to make data-driven decisions.
* A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience gained on the job.
* Previous experience or an understanding of the health and wellness sector.
* Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, ready to create engaging digital and visual assets.
* An understanding of paid media platforms, including social ads, affiliate marketing, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies.
