About the Role: You will contribute to the development, and ongoing maintenance of the CIMA qualifications portfolio throughout its lifecycle. You will deliver high‑quality administrative, data, and coordination support across research, curriculum and assessment development, product maintenance, and cross‑functional project delivery—contributing to accuracy and quality. You will report to the Director, CIMA Qualification Development. You will use a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule. You Will: Support the end-to-end lifecycle of the CIMA Qualifications portfolio, including planning, review, publication, and maintenance activities. Track qualification components, version control, and lifecycle status to ensure materials remain accurate and current. Help coordinate qualification development projects, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and supporting delivery of development artefacts. Maintain organised records of research activities, practitioner insights, and expert inputs for curriculum and assessment design. Provide administrative and logistical support to internal and external meetings including scheduling, minutes, and follow-up actions. Collect and analyse qualification-related data to support evidence-based decision-making. Coordinate workshops, meetings, reviews, including scheduling, materials, and technical setup. Support creation of reports, presentations, and documentation for partners. Raise and track purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliant processing. Work collaboratively across teams to ensure reliable support.
