Role Overview
The Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, governance, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments. The role ensures systems are maintained at high standards of security, performance, and operational efficiency, aligning platform capabilities with evolving business needs through effective change control processes.
As part of the IT Services Cloud team, the administrator supports enterprise digital transformation initiatives, ensuring reliable and scalable operation of critical business applications. By promoting best practices and user adoption, they help maximize ROI on Microsoft technologies and contribute to organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and manage Dynamics 365 instances and Power Platform environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
* Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and licensing.
* Ensure governance, change management, security, and compliance policies are met.
* Conduct regular system audits, implement configuration changes and patches.
* Provide 2nd/3rd line support for end-users and resolve system issues.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience administering, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications (Customer Insights - Journeys, Customer Service Hub, Sales Hub).
* Proficiency in Power Platform administration: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
* Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Admin Centre.
* Knowledge of Dataverse architecture, security, and data modelling.
* Understanding of security roles, teams, and business units in D365 CRM.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
