Responsibilities:
* Primary IT Contact: Act as the main point of contact for IT-related issues.
* System Maintenance: Maintain and enhance IT systems across global sites, including computers, printers, and servers.
* Onsite Support: Provide onsite IT support to local users and collaborate with the wider IT team.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with Company Health & Safety and Quality policies.
* Training: Attend relevant training courses, including Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Manual Handling.
Requirements:
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
* Project Management: Proven project management skills and the ability to prioritize workload.
* Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and a proactive approach.
