Role Summary
The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Patient Experience Team, including direct support to the Associate Director & Team Manager, Patient Experience.
Responsibilities include recording all complaints and feedback information accurately in DATIX, setting up meetings between families and the clinical teams, supporting patient feedback, and contributing to the development of patient surveys.
Additionally, the role involves providing administrative support for colleagues within the PET as they support patients, families and the clinical teams through this process.
