Job Description:
We are looking for a Lead PHP Developer to join a successful software company in Liverpool. The successful candidate will spearhead and lead the technical direction for the business and will be responsible for keeping development efforts on track. You will report directly to the CEO, overseeing a team of 10 technical staff, alongside the Operations Manager, ensuring the team works effectively.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the Development team delivers value aligned with the Product roadmap.
* Facilitating agile ceremonies and resolving barriers.
* Hands-on development when needed.
* Conducting code reviews.
* Contributing to development process improvements.
* Leading the team from a technical perspective in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
