Legal Secretary (Clinical Negligence) Temp up to £21.00 per hour Office based.
Solicitors firm specialising in clinical negligence is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support their team in southeast London.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 4-week basis and will pay between £19.00 and 21.00 per hour dependant on experience.
The role will be based at their offices in Woolwich. Working hours: 09:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
The Legal Secretary will provide comprehensive support to Partners and the wider team. Duties will include:
* Managing legal matters throughout their lifecycle, from initial client instructions to final archiving.
* Preparing and organizing case files and relevant documentation.
* Communicating with clients and other professionals as required.
* Taking accurate and timely notes during meetings.
* Scheduling and maintaining diaries, including setting up appointments and reminders.
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
The ideal Legal Secretary will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
1. Have previous legal secretarial experience ideally within Clinical Negligence.
2. Fast and accurate typing skills copy and audio.
