The Opportunity
As part of their planned sustainable growth, there are opportunities for Graduate and Intermediate Engineers to join the Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health Engineering teams. Youll be involved in delivering low-carbon and environmentally conscious solutions across a range of projects in education, healthcare, residential, heritage and more.

What Youll Do
Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop mechanical, electrical, or public health designs for live projects.
Produce design calculations and detailed drawings using CAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
Support sustainability-focused building performance analysis.
Attend technical meetings and client briefings.
Take part in site visits and assist in the delivery of projects from concept to completion.
Receive mentorship and structured support to progress toward professional qualifications (e.g., CEng or IEng).
What We're Looking For
A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a closely related discipline)
Progressing toward relevant professional accreditation (e.g., CIBSE, IET)
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Enthusiastic and proactive mindset
Experience with software such as Bluebeam, CAD, and Revit is advantageous
Passion for sustainability and innovative design in the built environment
