The Role:
As a Trainee Estate Agent, you’ll gain hands-on experience across both sales and lettings, supporting the branch in its day-to-day operations while developing your skills in a professional, supportive environment. The role is designed to give you full exposure to the property industry and help shape your long-term career path.
You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure across multiple areas of the business, including lettings, property management and repairs, as well as working alongside the sales department. The aim is to give you a well-rounded experience and allow the team to identify where your strengths lie.
To be considered for the Trainee Estate Agent role, you must have:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. A proactive and driven attitude with a desire to succeed
3. Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
4. Good local knowledge of the Leigh-on-Sea area
5. Full UK driving licence (Essential)

14. Booking and attending property viewings
15. Booking market appraisals/valuations
16. Negotiating offers between buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
17. Progressing sales through to completion
18. General administration and office support
